Renault Zoe 22kwh charging station

Good evening,

I have almost lost all my hope to understand what is happening with my renault Zoe 2013.
I live in Amsterdam and it seems only 50% of the charging stations are working.

in many cases, after the charging has started, the whole charging station shuts off after 10-20sec maximum.
I tried to change cards or cables, to no avail.

Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

The video reports that it is private and you can not view it. Maybe someone with Canze can help you in Amsterdam. Canze will tell you more what it is the problem. Or did you already consult a Renault ZE dealer to look at the logs inside of the Zoe?

I and several others seem too have more and more problems with charging our Zoe.
