FIRST AUSTRIAN AVANTIME MEETING
VIENNA May 30th & 31st 2009

HELLO DEAR FRIENDS OF THE RENAULT AVANTIME

THIS YEAR KARL-HEINZ PESCHKA IS ORGANIZING FOR THE FRIENDS AND FANS OF THE RENAULT AVANTIME A MEETING IN VIENNA FOR THE FIRST TIME AT THE END OF MAY. REGARDING TO PREPARATIONS AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS HE PRESENTS THE PROGRAM SHORTLY.

The meeting starts on May 30th at Renault Vienna between 10 and 11 o'clock. Afterwards we drive to the near Laaerberg for a shooting, a view over the southwest of Vienna and a lunch in a restaurant.
At 2 o'clock we'll do a common journey through Vienna to get some impressions of this very nice city. The exactly route will be announced yet.
About 6 o'clock will will arrive at Hilton Vienna Danube, where you have reserved your rooms. There are made pre-reservations and special rates for our rooms. The rate for a two-bed room with breakfast is 130 Euro per night.
After check-in we will do a line up with a photo shooting at the banks of the Danube. At 8 o'clock we'll meet in the hotel's restaurant for a diner (evening buffet 29 Euro per Person)

After a good night and breakfast we'll start the second part of our Vienna journey at 10 o'clock. The meeting ends with a common lunch and the return home of the participants.

For all participants who will stay in Vienna also on Whit Monday (this is June 1st) Karl-Heinz is enjoying to do a sightseeing program for you. Please notice that this won't be able with our AVIs but with public transport. It is possible to visit Schönbrunn, Belvedere, Hofburg , Prater or to do a trip through the inner city with Stefansdom and Haashaus according to the individual wishes of the group.

Because of the intense tourism in Vienna there could be a problem with the room reservations. Therefore all participants are asked to reserve their rooms at the Hilton Vienna Danube directly at the hotel until the end of february with the code name AVANTIME

Reservations on a later date could be complicated. But it will be possible that you can reserve your rooms in other hotels in Vienna.
